1. What you buy

Post Quality Manager is free software under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, copy, change and redistribute the code under that license, with or without a Pro license.

A Pro license does not buy the code. It buys, for one year, for the number of sites in the pack you chose:

  • the unlocking of the Pro features in the plugin (the Rewrite, Sources, SEO and Audit agents, per-agent overrides, Automated Reviews, the Roles tab, and whatever later releases add to Pro);
  • plugin updates during the license period;
  • email support as described in the support policy.

2. Seller and payment

Licenses are sold through Freemius, Inc., the seller of record, which handles payment, invoices, taxes and refunds under its own terms (https://freemius.com/terms/). Prices are shown on https://postquality.com/pricing in USD and EUR; the price covers the plugin only. You pay your own n8n hosting and your own AI provider separately.

3. Sites and renewal

A license activates on as many sites as its pack allows (1, 5 or unlimited). You can move an activation from one site to another through the customer portal. Licenses renew yearly at the price you bought at unless you cancel before the renewal date; Freemius sends a reminder beforehand.

4. When a license ends

When a license expires or is cancelled, the Pro features lock again and the site returns to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your stored reviews, settings, schedules and role rights remain, and the Review and Key Takeaways features keep working. Renewing unlocks everything again.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the license key on more sites than the pack allows, share it publicly, or use the plugin to break the law or the terms of your n8n or AI provider. The author may cancel a license used that way, with a refund of the unused period if the breach is not deliberate.

7. Requirements and your responsibilities

The Pro features need a working n8n instance and an AI provider account that you own and pay for. The plugin sends your post content to those services on your instruction; what the AI returns is a suggestion, and you decide what to publish. Keep backups: the Rewrite agent and the Insert into post actions change post content.

8. Warranty and liability

The plugin is provided as is, as the GPL says. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for lost data, lost revenue or the cost of AI calls, and total liability is limited to what you paid for the license in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes

These terms may change; the current version is dated at the top. A change that reduces what a current license includes takes effect at your next renewal.
